This product is fast becoming a favourite in my cupboard. I do like chilli jams and pineapple is definitely a winner, so sweet with a lovely little chilli hit towards the end. I know there is a hotter version, but I think this is lovely as it is.

Lovely chilli jam with a balance flavour and nice bit of heat at the end. Really nice addition to a salad or sandwich

I used this jam to smother on a pork loin roast as a marinade. As it liquified, I kept basting it with the juices, it kept the meat so tender and what a flavour. A very good quality jam indeed!
